Diljit Dosanjh is back with a bang in Sardaar Ji 3, the third installment in his hit Punjabi horror-comedy franchise—and this time, he’s joined by Pakistani sensation Hania Aamir!
The newly released trailer showcases Diljit reprising his role as a quirky ghost hunter, summoned to tackle a powerful spirit haunting a mysterious mansion in the United Kingdom. In this overseas-only release, Hania Aamir joins him on this supernatural mission, bringing both charm and chaos to the haunted escapade.
Fans were quick to react on social media after Diljit dropped the trailer on Instagram. “Sardaar Ji 3 releasing 27th June OVERSEAS Only. FADH LAO BHOOND DIAN LATTAN,” the actor wrote, sparking excitement and curiosity—especially about the limited release. While some fans expressed disappointment over the film not releasing in India, others celebrated Hania Aamir’s debut in Indian cinema. One user commented, “Watching only for Hania!” while another exclaimed, “Can’t wait!!”
Despite the sensitive backdrop of current political tensions following the Pahalgam terror incident and Operation Sindoor, the inclusion of Hania Aamir—an admired figure in Pakistan—has sparked conversations and garnered overwhelming attention.
In the trailer, we see a battalion fail to handle the haunted castle, leading the owner to call in the one man crazy enough to fix it—Sardaar Ji himself. Expect Diljit’s signature comedy, ghostbusting action, and a dose of romance with both Hania Aamir and Neeru Bajwa.
Directed by Amar Hundal, Sardaar Ji 3 also stars Manav Vij, Gulshan Grover, Jasmin Bajwa, and Sapna Pabbi. The film is slated to hit international screens on June 27, 2025.
