✅ Booking & Pre-Flight Terms and Conditions

To make the most of your Gravity Indoor Skydiving experience, please take note of the following essential guidelines:

Arrival Time: Arrive 1 hour before your flight time. (E.g., if your flight is at 2 PM, be there by 1 PM). Late arrivals will be moved to the next available slot.
Health Conditions: Please do not participate if you’ve had recent surgeries or fractures. Alert staff to previous back, neck, or shoulder issues when filling out the waiver.
Body Requirements: Flyers should not weigh more than 135 kg.
Minimum Age & Weight: Recommended for those 4 years and older or weighing at least 15kg. Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for younger or lighter flyers.
Prohibited Conditions: Avoid flying if you’re highly prone to joint dislocation, claustrophobic, or under the influence of alcohol/medication.
What to Wear: Wear lace-up sneakers and socks. Shoes can be provided, but socks must be purchased onsite (no sock rentals due to hygiene).
Prosthetics & Dentures: Notify staff if you use any artificial limbs or dentures — you may need to remove them before flying.
Refunds & Packages: No refunds, but purchases are valid for 12 months and transferable. Packages are non-shareable, except for the Family Flight and Ladies Package.
