Know Before You Go

ID Requirements: Before the flight, all guests are required to show their IDs or passports. This will be necessary otherwise entry onto the flight will not be possible.
Waiver Form: Fill out the online waiver form at least 24 hours prior to the flight and include a copy of your passport. The form can be found under Rayna Waiver.
WhatsApp Contact: At the time of booking, providing a valid WhatsApp number is necessary to help confirm the booking as well as give the changes of the flight on time.
Pickup Time Notification: The time for pick up will be given to the passengers a day before the flight between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
Punctuality: Passengers should start heading towards their pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid missing the flight.
Transfer Timings: Depending on traffic and space, timings of the pickups and drop-offs can be delayed for up to 30-60 minutes.
Age Restrictions: Passengers who are under the age of five and are also above the age of 80, shall not be allowed to fly of the airlines.
Weight Limit: The weight limit for guests is said to be anything less than 119kg otherwise those in excess of this limit may expect additional charges as well as seek permission from the pilot.
Pregnancy Restrictions: There are risks to among pregnant women and the flight attendants and hence are not recommended to board during those times.
