Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce’s Intimate Garden Wedding at MSG

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce tied the knot Friday in a ceremony that transformed Madison Square Garden into a lush garden retreat. Despite a strict no-phones policy, details of the “intimate” event are emerging from guests and insiders.

Ceremony Highlights

Jason Kelce’s daughter served as flower girls, showering Swift with petals as she walked down the aisle to one of her own songs played on strings. Adam Sandler officiated, delivering vows with humor and heart, and even performed an original song celebrating the couple’s love. Guests described the atmosphere as emotional and personal, with Swift’s aunt Robin Gentry noting, “They cried, and they laughed, and they danced and they hugged, and they kissed.”

Music & Vows

Swift and Kelce wrote their own vows, reading them from gold books in a heartfelt exchange that lasted nearly 20 minutes. Stevie Nicks performed as expected, while Paul McCartney surprised attendees with I Want to Hold Your Hand. George Stephanopoulos, Robin Roberts, and Michael Strahan shared that the vows were “real’ vulnerable, serious, and silly”, making the massive venue feel intimate.

Decor & Reception

AMC CEO Adam Aron revealed the arena was draped in peach, white, and green, with childhood photos of the couple displayed throughout. The reception blended Alice in Wonderland and The Wizard of Oz, with ferns, trees, and seats covered in white. Carnival games, arcade booths, and a vintage car with a “JUST&TMRD” plate added playful touches. Guests received lace-embroidered handkerchiefs featuring the lyric “So it’s gonna be forever…” From Swift’s Blank Space.

Food & Atmosphere

Sources reported catering from Zero Bond alongside Italian cuisine and multiple bars. The color palette featured cream, dusty rose, and sage green, creating a whimsical yet elegant setting. With around 1,000 attendees, the event still felt close-knit and deeply personal.
