Priyanka Chopra announced on social media that she is kick-starting her next project, Citadel, with Russo Brothers and Richard Madden this week.
It has been just a few days since the release of one of her most ambitious projects, The White Tiger and Priyanka Chopra Jonas is already on to her next project. Taking to Instagram, Priyanka announced on social media that she’s on to her next project and shared a picture from inside her car while she was on the way to the sets.
The actress announced that her next project is Citadel, she wrote, “New day, new job #Citadel Happy Monday.” If you cannot at the moment recall what Citadel is, let us tell you that the project is backed by Amazon and will be helmed by Avengers’ Russo Brothers. Priyanka will be starring in the same opposite Richard Madden. Sharing her photo, the actress tagged all three Russo Brothers, Amazon Studios and Richard Madden as well.
The big announcement was made last January and left Hollywood as well as Priyanka’s fans back home ecstatic. The action-packed spy series be a ‘multi-layered global franchise with interconnected local language productions from India, Italy and Mexico’. For the India production, The Family Man creators Raj & DK have been pulled in. Whereas, Amazon has called the US version of Citadel the “mothership” of the project,
Wile Priyanka has starred in Quantico, Richard Madden has starred in Bodyguard and also bagged a Golden Globe for his terrific performance.
