From November 19, 2025 in the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex, WTT Star Contender is the season’s final showdown – the place where dreams, rankings, and legacies are all won.

Muscat, a city already known for its beautiful coastline, stunning mountains and cultural attractions, now has another accolade to add to its list – as the host of one of the most eagerly awaited international table tennis tournaments.
WTT Star Contender Muscat brings together the best from around the world, from hot young prospects to established superstars, who will go head-to-head in Men’s and Women’s Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles competitions.
The six-day competition will see players battle it out for ranking points, prize money of USD 300,000 and, most importantly, their final opportunity to qualify for the season-ending WTT Finals. Every serve, rally and point will be crucial as the players take their games to the limit.
