Important Information  

Validity of Tickets: Tickets can be used for a single game, anytime between now and the season finale 31 May 2025. 

Operating Hours:  

  • During the day: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM  7 Days a Week. 
  • Depends on the weather; arrive early so you have a full day. 
  • Families Are Invited: Kids need to be accompanied by an adult. No professional cameras, drones or pets. 
  • No Outside Food: No outside food or drinks allowed in the garden. Food can be bought inside the park and you can also get snacks and meals. 

Additional Guidelines  

  • Flower picking is strictly prohibited.  
  • Use path and benches to maintain the garden. 
  • The people visiting must obey the security guards and not behave ill. 
  • There is no refund on a closure of the garden in the event of bad weather. 

Cancellation Policy  

Tickets are non-refundable but can be redeemed on any day of the season.
