2021 started off on a bright note for ZiGi fans as Gigi Hadid slyly revealed her and Zayn Malik’s daughter’s name. It was through her Instagram bio where the 25-year-old supermodel simply wrote, “Khai’s mom.” Khai, in Arabic, means crowned and the new parents surely are treating their baby girl as a princess even with her chosen name.
While fans are freaking out about Gigi revealing Khai’s name way back in November through an IG post with no one able to decipher it back then, fans are also gushing about how Malik has shown what a doting dad he is during a recent IG Live session.
An eagle-eyed fan @defendzigiposts on Twitter paid close attention to the IG Live where a blue-haired Zayn was all chilled out listening to his new album Nobody is Listening. During the video, the 28-year-old singer raises his right hand up and puts it behind his head thus revealing a new tattoo on his hand. According to the fan, Zayn has tattooed his baby girl’s name in his hand with Khai written in Arabic.
Back in September, when the new parents had first announced the arrival of Khai, an emotional Zayn had penned on Instagram, “Our baby girl is here, healthy and beautiful. To try put into words how I am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, and thankful for the life we will have together. x”
