The client starts their trip with a hot air balloon ride, lifting them up from the ruggedness of Dubai desert. The sun paints picturesque views of the dunes as their backdrop from home.

Know Before You Go
- Identification Requirements: In order to take this flight, guests must present an identification document with them, such as a passport or any ID proof. Sadly, those with no identification will be excluded from the flight.
- Waiver Submission: There is a form of waiver required and it is filed electronically, two or more 24hours ahead of time for the flight. Make sure your passport is photographed while uploading for the necessary requirements.
- Communication is Key: It is compulsory to provide valid WhatsApp number, on which the reservation goes. This is helpful in sending relevant information.
- Pickup Timing: The Balloon Flights will call you or send you a message on your phone prior to the flight, 24 hours before it informing you the clock when to come at the place and the last contacts to use.
- Punctuality Matters: To maintain the transition within the program of the event, please do all the activities that require you to be minimal 10 minutes earlier. If you are late, you risk having your flight canceled.
- Timing Variability: Please note that there may be a difference of half an hour or hour in the time of pickup and drop off and this difference is because of the traffic situation and distance from the base.
- Age Restrictions: Due to safety concerns, children under 5 years and adults over 80 years old shall not be allowed to fly for these reasons.
- Weight Limit: The participants carry a maximum weight limit of 119 kg and should this limit be exceeded, the participants will seek prior approval from the pilot for an additional fee.
- Pregnancy Policy: Those that are expecting will be allowed no participation in the flight.

- Physical Condition: All the participants need to be in good physical capacity with the ability to step in and out the balloon basket. You should also be able to adopt a brace position when the balloon is being landed. All health risks are spent by the participant as the company takes no liability.
- Disability Policy: Unfortunately, this activity cannot include participants that are disabled physically, mentally or emotionally.
- Luggage Restrictions: Take note of the fact that you are not allowed to carry bulky baggage for the activity.
- Substance Policy: Those that are indulge in alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to fly.
- Dress Code: For the adventure, we advise that one puts on casual easy fitting clothes. High heels are not suitable, and strong shoes or boots are recommended for comfort.
- Health Considerations: An avalanche of heart conditions, back or knee injuries or extremely recent surgery along with giddiness who those afraid of heights should not participate in this activity.
- Weather Dependency: It should be noted that balloon flights are only carried out in good weather conditions. The pilot has full control of the flight and can cancel or continue the flight if there is a threat to the safety of the passengers. If the weather conditions cause the flight to be cancelled, the passengers will be informed of a new tour date or given a full refund.
- Location: You will commence your flight from the first location of the tour which is the balloon flight operation site at the Skydive Desert Drop Zone, Dubai.
