Jennifer Aniston’s New York apartment created quite a stir online after fans noticed the place’s uncanny resemblance to Rachel and Monica’s apartment from Friends.
The New York Post recently snagged a few photos of the apartment Jennifer Aniston has been living in, in New York and it looks almost identical to Rachel and Monica’s apartment! While the modern fixtures and the colour theme of the apartment is neutral and updated, the space and design of the place is exactly like their apartment in the hit TV show Friends! For the unversed, Jennifer had been staying with her Picture Perfect co-star Andrea Bendewald at West Village townhouse in New York City.
The two have been longtime friends since the film which released in 1997, almost 23 years ago! As soon as the pictures from NYP went live, fans couldn’t help but compare Aniston’s new digs to Rachel and Monica’s beloved apartment which has been deemed iconic by fans! The new house that Aniston shares with Bendelwald spans over 5,295 square feet and is worth USD 10.95 million. It is also only three blocks away from her Friends apartment building! Tribune recently reported that Aniston told the Bendewald family representative that while she grew up in the Upper West Side, her favorite memories are of the West Village at 526 Hudson Street.
Jennifer is not only reminiscing about her Friends apartment, but she also keeps in contact with her co-stars from the show even today! If you missed it, on her birthday in February, the actress’s co-star Courteney Cox took to Instagram and showered her with love. In her post, Courteney wrote, “No matter how hard you might try… there’s only one Jennifer Aniston. Happy birthday my dear friend @jenniferaniston! I love you!” The post left Jennifer in splits as she posted a series of laughing emojis followed by a couple of hearts and blowing kisses emojis.
