To ensure smooth race flow and participant safety, each category has a dedicated start time:

- 800M Mini Kids: 8:10 AM
Participants are advised to arrive early for warm-up and check-in.

Bib & T-Shirt Collection
- Bibs and T-shirts must be collected from the QF Office one day before the race.
- No bib collection will be available on race morning, so plan accordingly.
Important Rules & Safety Guidelines
Participants should note the following:
- All runners must be medically fit and properly trained
- Prohibited items include bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, animals, roller skates, and personal music players
- All registrations are final with no refunds or transfers
- The event may be postponed in case of unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19-related restrictions
- By registering, participants agree to the liability waiver and media consent terms
