Interestingly, we got our hands on an interview of Virat Kohli with Graham Bensinger, wherein the ace cricketer had revealed that he felt an instant connection with the Jab Tak Hai Jaan actress which helped them become good friends and rest as we know is history. “We got along so well because we were talking about real things – things that a lot of people don’t connect with. Only if you’ve seen that life, you’ll understand what we are talking about,” Virat was quoted saying. In fact, the Indian captain also emphasised that everything was organic and natural between them and it just kept getting stronger with time.
After being married for over three years, Virat and Anushka recently embraced parenthood for the first time. Anushka gave birth to a baby girl in January this year and the couple has named their princess Vamika. Introducing her daughter to the world, Anushka wrote, “We have lived together with love, presence and gratitude as a way of life but this little one, Vamika has taken it to a whole new level! Tears, laughter, worry, bliss – emotions that have been experienced in a span of minutes sometimes! Sleep is elusive but our hearts are SO full.
