Dhurandar 2: The Revenge has stormed past the ₹1,500 crore mark globally, cementing its place as one of the biggest theatrical successes in recent memory. Released on March 19, the film opened with a jaw-dropping ₹150 crore on its first day, including paid reviews, and has since maintained a phenomenal run at the box office.
By its 15th day, the film collected ₹19 crore, bringing its India gross to ₹1,134 crore and net collections to ₹961 crore. The worldwide gross now stands at an impressive ₹1,501 crore. While the third week shows signs of slowing down, the numbers remain staggering.
What’s remarkable is that Dhurandhar 2 isn’t just dominating the Hindi market. Its dubbed versions are contributing steadily to the overall tally. The Tamil release earned ₹30 lakh from 649 shows, while the Telugu version brought in ₹85 lakh across 1,231 shows. With occupancy rates of around 19% in these regions the film’s appeal clearly stretches across linguistics and cultural boundaries.
The combination of Ranveer Singh’s star power, high-octane storytelling and Jo Studios release strategy has turned Dhurandhar 2 into a box office juggernaut. Even as collections begin to taper in its third week, the film’s legacy as a record-shattering blockbuster is already secure.
