Dubai is gearing up for a star-studded night as Bollywood icon Salman Khan is set to perform on December 7, despite recent death threats that have raised concerns around his safety. The celebrated actor will take the stage as part of the highly anticipated Da-Bangg The Tour – Reloaded, alongside Bollywood stars Sonakshi Sinha, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani, Tamannaah Bhatia, and comedian Sunil Grover.
Promotions for the Dubai event are already in full swing on social media. Sonakshi Sinha shared a promotional poster on Instagram, generating excitement among fans. This tour will be Salman Khan’s first international performance since receiving threats, marking a significant moment in his public appearances. Along with Khan and Sinha, the lineup includes Prabhu Deva, Maniesh Paul, and singer Aastha Gill, promising a night filled with dance, music, and laughter at Dubai Harbour.
Khan himself took to X (formerly Twitter) to confirm the event, writing, “DUBAI get ready for DA-BANGG THE TOUR – RELOADED on 7th December 2024.” The four-hour spectacle promises high-energy entertainment for fans across the globe.
Meanwhile, Salman continues filming for projects like Sikandar and hosting Bigg Boss 18, bolstered by additional security measures due to the recent threats. The most recent involved a call demanding ₹2 crore from the actor, with the Worli police in Mumbai filing a case against the unidentified caller who sent multiple messages to the Mumbai Police’s Traffic Helpline.
These security concerns follow a related incident involving a 20-year-old suspect, recently apprehended in Noida, who allegedly threatened both Khan and NCP leader Zeeshan Siddique. Last month, Zeeshan’s father, Baba Siddique, a former state minister, was tragically shot outside his son’s office in Bandra. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang later claimed responsibility for the killing, citing Baba Siddique’s closeness with Khan as a factor.
Despite the threats, Salman Khan’s determination to continue with his work has not wavered, as fans eagerly await his upcoming appearance in Dubai.
